Sometimes we need just a little help along the way, and other times we need a bit more. Together, we can customize the support that fits you best. The Care Package provides comprehensive care, while Additional Care options can be added to your package or selected as standalone services—designed to meet your unique needs at every stage.
Doula Consultation
A doula consultation is a relaxed, informal meeting where we can get to know one another and see if we’re the right fit. During this time, I’ll share a bit about my background, training, and approach to birth and postpartum care. You’ll have the opportunity to talk about your pregnancy, your hopes for birth, and the kind of support you’re looking for. We’ll also review the services I offer—from prenatal visits and labor support to postpartum care. This is your time to ask questions, explore whether my style aligns with your needs, and feel confident in your choice before making any commitments.

Doula Care Package
Your Doula Care Package includes Basic Prenatal Care, Labor and Delivery Care along with Basic Postpartum Care. Together I will guide you through Pregnancy to Motherhood.

Prenatal Care
We will meet together before your baby’s arrival to create a birth plan that reflects your family’s unique needs and goals. During our time together, I’ll be available to answer any questions you may have and to share evidence-based information to help you prepare for your birth experience. I also welcome any questions that come up along the way—before, during, or after our meetings. The information I provide is rooted in trusted research, and I’ll always share my sources with you. If a question arises that I don’t have an immediate answer to, I’ll gladly seek out additional research to ensure you have the knowledge you need to make confident, informed choices.

Labor Care
As your Labor Doula, I’ll reserve the two weeks before and after your due date to ensure I’m available when your baby decides it’s time to arrive. During labor, my goal is to create a calm, safe, and nurturing environment where you can feel supported as you welcome your little one. I’ll work closely with your partner to provide hands-on care—offering comfort through massage, helping with positioning, and ensuring you both stay nourished and cared for. Throughout your labor, I’ll also help you navigate choices and provide the information you need to feel confident, informed, and empowered every step of the way.

Postpartum Care
As a follow-up to your labor, I will visit your home within a week of your baby’s birth to celebrate their arrival and reflect on your birth experience. As your Labor Doula, I’ll share moments from your labor that you may have missed, celebrate your victories, and gently talk through any challenges. During this visit, we’ll check in on your physical and emotional recovery, as well as how your baby is adjusting to life outside the womb. Together, we can also explore newborn care and the transitions that come with welcoming your little one home.

Lactation Care
As a Lactation Educator, I will work with you and your baby to build a strong and nurturing breastfeeding relationship. Together, we’ll explore comfortable nursing positions, proper latch techniques, and how both your body and your baby’s instincts work in harmony. My goal is to help you feel confident and supported—whether this is your first time nursing or you’re continuing your journey with another little one.

We all need a little help sometimes—and it’s perfectly okay to ask for it. Here are some of the ways I can support you as you make the beautiful transition into motherhood.
Prenatal Assistance
With pregnancy and a little one on the way, life can bring many changes and a growing to-do list. I’m here to bring calm and organization to the chaos. Through my Prenatal Assistance, I’ll come to your home to help prepare the nursery, fold and organize those tiny clothes, prep freezer meals, and take care of other pre-baby tasks—so you can focus on resting and getting ready to welcome your baby.
$ 100 for 4 hour session
Postpartum Assistance
After pregnancy comes joy, along with a wave of emotions and shifting hormones. Having an extra pair of hands can make all the difference. Whether it’s lactation support, newborn education, a warm meal, peace of mind so you can rest, or a bit of light housekeeping, I’m here to help you ease into motherhood with care and confidence.

Sibling Class
Big siblings play an important role in welcoming a new baby into the family. Give them a special class of their own—where we talk about babies, families, and what it means to be a big brother or sister in this exciting new chapter.
